St. Vincent Wine is a nice and chill spot to enjoy wine, cocktails, and good food. There is a ton of seating outdoors, but also seating in the upstairs bar (inside) as well as on the deck upstairs. I really like how the deck gives a great view of the stage when there are performances. I believe there are performances every Wednesday. The band plays relaxing music.
I enjoyed the lobster bucatini and my charcuterie board. I was impressed I got to customize my board to my liking with several options. Usually, I find that is not an option at most places. I can remember the name of the cocktail I got, but it was light and refreshing. The only con of the experience was that if you’re purchasing single glasses of wine or soft drinks, you have to go upstairs to the bar. They bring everything else to your table but not glasses of wine and soft drinks. So I did have to get up and walk upstairs. I think most prefer to sit and relax while dining, and having to walk upstairs to the bar is kind of the opposite of that, but beggars can’t be choosers.
The staff was nice and I enjoyed the live music.
Absolutely gorgeous place. I can’t believe I haven’t been here before. The food, the service and the atmosphere are superb. We made the reservation the same day but found lots of space. We ordered a few cheeses and small plates, each of them well plated and tasty. The service was calm and friendly. The Cherry of the cake was the live jazz band playing in the back, it felt like we were outside of DC. Definitely coming back with more friends!
WOW. My brother brought me and my friend here on our weekend down visiting him in DC. I love a good wine bar, but this far exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was so fantastic, all the food was incredible, and of course the wine was great too. All well priced and loved how they had seasonal offerings. One pasta dish was better than the next. I can’t wait for my next visit!
Small plates with big flavors, cheese, cheese, cheese, live music, and laidback patio, deck, and beautiful courtyard options. Laid back gorgeousness. Most importantly it’s all about the wine — the diverse selection and knowledgeable staff the neighborhood really needed. This place belongs here.
Enjoyed an impromptu Saturday brunch here with a friend! Plenty of seating at noon. We were able to pick a bottle of wine from the cold case and get an ice bucket for it. Brunch was delicious. There was also a jazz band playing live! I will absolutely be taking more people here!
St. Vincent Wine is an absolute treasure. To start, the food is delicious and the menu is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate various dietary restrictions. There is also a fantastic wine selection with a range of prices to fit into everyone's budget. The two times I visited there was live music out on the patio. The staff are also friendly, and the owners are simply wonderful people. It's a must-go if you're in DC!
Attended a casual surprise birthday party on a Sunday here that went off without a hitch and was the perfect venue. Indoor and outdoor spaces are equally lovely, interior decor upstairs is particularly nice. Food was unexpectedly sensational, considering it bills itself as just a wine bar — the wine menu was overwhelmingly large, but the bartenders were very helpful in this regard. Wish I lived closer so I could come all the time!
Had a really good sazerac while we enjoyed quality live jazz. Great vibe and service. The rillete and crème brûlée were also excellent.
